Are you passionate about animals and people? Frankfort Animal Clinic is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic part or full-time receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients and their beloved pets.

Our small animal hospital is a thriving 5-doctor practice in Frankfort, Kentucky, committed to delivering cutting-edge veterinary medicine. We have built a reputation for providing exceptional care to pets in our community for over 50 years.

We are looking for a reliable receptionist with a minimum of two years of customer service experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping both animals and their owners. Strong communication skills are essential as our receptionist will be responsible for educating clients, answering questions, and explaining treatment plans. While experience in animal care is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate for this position, and there is always potential for learning, growth, and advancement within our practice. We’re seeking someone who is dependable, punctual, possesses excellent communication and people skills, is comfortable around a variety of animals, is computer literate, is a multitasking pro, and is able to lift up to 40 lbs.
